Ossa López and Thinking Steel design the building jointly — Dutch engineering adapted to the Colombian norm. The project is engineered using the best of both worlds: a top-quality frame is designed and engineered in the Netherlands while Colombian specialists design and engineer for all other aspects of the project.

Containerised, labelled, sealed. Thinking Steel arranges transport from the Dutch workshop — Rotterdam to the Colombian port of Cartagena, then by road to the build site.
Ossa López leads the build in Colombia. Thinking Steel flies Dutch engineers and assembly fitters in to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the local crew during erection — one combined quality mark, no hand-off gaps.
After handover the building goes to work. Top-grade European steel means decades of low maintenance — and when the operation grows, an extra bay bolts on without demolition or down-time. Plus, you have the local Ossa López team available to support throughout the operations phase.
